The space

The space is located in an area with a lot of tiny and marvellous streets, each offering you its surprises. The studio is located at the ground level and it does not have a view but it have a balcony. The windows are facing the backyard. A bottle of water, coffee, tea and candy are on the house!

Guest access

This studio features a spatious room with a large double, cable TV set and free wireless connection, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, fridge, electric range, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the most mesmerizing European capital city.

Other things to note

The check-in and check-out times are flexible depending of the availability of the space. Please note that a night check-in (22:00 – 7:00) implies an extra fee of 10 EUR, payable in cash at the moment of the check-in.
Storage for your luggage can be provided before check-in or after check-out, for an extra 5 Euros fee.
Request for late check out can only be honored to the extent that this is possible. The fee is 5 Euros.

Additional rules

Please do not smoke in the apartment. If you absolutely need to, please do it on the balcony.
The check-in and check-out times may be made flexible upon request depending on the availability of the apartment. Otherwise, the standard check-in (13:00) and check-out (11:00) times apply. For a late check-in (after 22:00), there’s a late check-in fee of 10 EUR, payable in cash, at the moment of the check-in. In order for both of us to have a smooth encounter, please inform me one day prior to your arrival your check-in time. If any delay occurs, please send me an SMS (on the no. on my profile) and inform me about the new meeting hour. A rather strange request, but living in Bucharest, a beautiful city, but a city that needs still to improve its streets cleaning system, makes it almost mandatory to kindly ask you to leave your shoes in the entryway, after you enter the apartment. It’s for your comfort in the first place – as I am sure you wouldn’t want either to carry dust and bacteria from the streets in the space you sleep, eat or relax – and in the second place, for my comfort after you leave and I have to clean the apartment to welcome the next guests. .
The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain at the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged. Thank you!

House Manual

Please do not smoke in the studio.
No parties or events.
Please do not wash our towels and our bed lines.
During bad weather (rain, snow, mud), please take your shoes off.

As you’ll arrive by plane, you’d have three options to reach my flat:
a) By bus 783 – it departures every 30′ and the ticket costs 7 RON (1,5 Eur). You’d have to get down at Piata Romana Station. From there you’d need to walk straight and take the second to your right – Strada George Enescu. You need to walk for some 10minutes, until the end of the street (you’ll see on your right side a pub named ‘Journey’, a hotel named ‘Mercure’ and a pub (very nice, I’d recommend it to you) called ‘Primus’, next to the intersection with Radisson Hotel. Go on the other side of the road and continue walking straight til reaching Luterana Street. You’ll see on your left side World Class Heath Academy Downtown and a Burberry shop. At the address there’s a Beauty Center called „Faimos” and that’s the meeting point.
b) By taxi – it would cost you max. 50 RON (11 Eur). Please order a cab ( 1.99 ron/km ) using the yellow touchscreen, take only the cab that you have imprinted on your ticket, and keep the receipt. Uber it is also an option.
c) Private transportation: arranged with our private car, with English speaking chauffeur – 18 Eur. He will do also the check în.

If you’ll arrive from the train station, I could recommend you (except for the taxi), another way: the metro. If you take it from “Gara de nord” station, you have to follow the yellow line (M1) with the direction “Dristor”, and go just one station. At “Piata Victoriei” you should change to the blue line (M2), direction Berceni. The first stop is “Piata Romana”, where is the end for you. At the metro station, ask for instructions for the closest exit towards Mc Donalds. From there you need to go towards the crossroad and go on the opposite side of the road (on your right). That’s George Enescu Street. You need to walk for some 10minutes, until the end of the street (you’ll see on your right side a pub named ‘Journey’, a hotel named ‘Mercure’ and a pub (very nice, I’d recommend it to you) called ‘Primus’, next to the intersection with Radisson Hotel.
