The studio was full renovated in February 2018 and it have a balcony.
The entire building it is known as the “Blocul Verde” among Bucharest.

The blend of modern and chic of the space can satisfy even the most demanding tastes.
A bottle of water, coffee, tea and candy are on the house!

Other things to note

The check-in and check-out times are flexible depending of the availability of the space.
The studio it is located at the 5th floor of a a building that has an elevator.
Please note a night check-in ( 22:00-7:00 ) implies an extra fee of 10 EUR, payable in cash at the moment of the check-in.
Storage for your luggage can be provided before check-in or after check-out, for an extra 5 Euros fee.
Request for late check out can only be honored to the extent that this is possible. The fee is 5 Euros.

House Manual

Please do not smoke in the studio.
No parties or events.
Please do not wash our towels and our bed lines.
During bad weather (rain, snow, mud), please take your shoes off.
The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain at the premises.
Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged.
If you need more towels – we provide 2 for 1 person – a fee about 5 euro it is requested.
Storage for your luggage can be provided before check-in or after check-out, for an extra 5 Euros fee.

Directions
Directions from the airport
1) Private Transfer – This is the easiest and fastest way to arrive (approx 35 mins). I can arrange for a driver to meet you in the arrivals area. The cost is €20 and is payable to the driver upon arrival.
2) Taxi – You can order a taxi from the yellow touchscreens located in the arrivals area. Choose the 1,99 Lei/km option (regular taxi). This should cost up to 49.75 Lei (€11). You must take the taxi printed on your ticket and keep it. A good and reliable alternative to taxis is UBER.
3) Express bus no.783 – leaving the airport every 30 minutes, the trip takes about 1 hour but costs €1.5 one-way. Get off at “Piata Romana”.

Taking the Metro from Gara de Nord
Take the yellow line (M1) in the direction of “Dristor”, and go just one station to “Piata Victoriei” where you should change to the blue line (M2), direction Berceni. Get off at “Piata Romana” and ask for directions for the exit closest to McDonalds.

Our Meeting Point
From Piata Romana walk down Magheru Boulevard and take the 2nd street on your right (Strada George Enescu). If you’ve come by train it’s on the other side of the street from McDonalds. Walk along George Enescu for 10 minutes until you reach a pub named journey, the Mercure hotel and a pub (recommended) called Primus, next to the intersection with Radisson Hotel. Cross the street and continue walking straight until you reach Luterana Street. On your left will be Burberry and World Class Heath Academy Downtown. At 5 Luterana Street there’s a Beauty Center called „Faimos” and we’ll meet there
