The space

The space has been fully renovated in September 2018. It is located at the 6th floor of the building. The building has an elevator.
The blend of modern and chic of the space can satisfy even the most demanding tastes.
This apartment features 2 spacious rooms with a queen bed and a sofa, cable TV set and free wireless connection, a kitchen, two balcony and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric range, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
A bottle of water, coffee, tea and candy are on the house!

I am in contact with guests on a daily basis and i am always available in case they need any help.
I will introduce all my guests to the neighborhood and i will recommend some known or less well known places to visit during your stay

Other things to note

The check-in and check-out times are flexible. For a night check-in (between 22:00 – 7:00) a late check-in fee (of 10 EUR) is requested. This is payable in cash (in RON or EUR), at the moment of the arrival.
Storage for your luggage can be provided before check in or after check out, if it is possible, for an extra 5 euro fee.
Request for late check out can only be honored to the extent that this is possible. The fee is 5 euro.
A bottle of water, coffee, tea and candy are on the house!

You are absolutely NOT allowed to bring unknown people into the apartment! This is a very important rule.
Do NOT smoke in the rooms. For that one you have 2 balcony, one of it in each room.

House Manual

Please do not smoke in the studio.
No parties or events.
Please do not wash our towels and our bed lines.
During bad weather (rain, snow, mud), please take your shoes off.
The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain at the premises.
Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged.
If you need more towels – we provide 2 for 1 person – a fee about 5 euro it is requested.
Storage for your luggage can be provided before check-in or after check-out, for an extra 5 Euros fee.

Directions
Directions from the airport
1) Private Transfer – This is the easiest and fastest way to arrive (approx 35 mins). I can arrange for a driver to meet you in the arrivals area. The cost is €20 and is payable to the driver upon arrival.
2) Taxi – You can order a taxi from the yellow touchscreens located in the arrivals area. Choose the 1,99 Lei/km option (regular taxi). This should cost up to 65 Lei (€14). You must take the taxi printed on your ticket and keep it. A good and reliable alternative to taxis is UBER.
3) Express bus no.783 – leaving the airport every 30 minutes, the trip takes about 1 hour but costs €2 one-way. Get off at “Piata 21 Decembrie”.
Go ahead and turn first to the right, on Boulevard Regina Elisabeta. After 100 metres, on the right side, across the Pizza Hut, it is your location.
